Created for the Blackburn Level Crossing Removal project, this cross section diagram was designed to answer the question asked by the community as to why there was such a big cutting being made on the Nunawading side of the level crossing.
The problem was finding a translation for the engineering explanation that the trains need to ‘chase the grade’ into something that could be used in community meetings and on posters.
